Before I continue, I must admonish anyone reading this to take a close look at their own body. There is a big difference between a health body and a runway model or a buff athletic body. If you wish to look like a runway model or athlete, then you may stop reading now as these suggestions are not for you. These suggestions are for achieving a health body with radiant glowing skin not a skinny body with pale skin and painted on features nor a buff load of muscles with no fat showing. I don’t consider those bodies healthy, nor attainable for most people.
